(1) I thank the member for asking this very interesting question. Am I satisfied with the science program? I have not gone through the program and looked at it. I understand that it is in the process of being prepared. It is a work in progress. I do not know what information the Curriculum Council can give me about it. (2) I understand that a gentleman who was involved in the writing of the curriculum has made some comments to the media or that comments he made have been communicated to the media regarding his views on the effectiveness or otherwise of the material that he was preparing. He expressed an opinion about that. There was a rumour that he had left the Curriculum Council. My understanding is that his term had expired and that he had completed the job he was commissioned to do. If we are talking about the same matter, that is all I know about it. Without any notice of this question I cannot even remember what the gentleman’s - Hon Barry House : That is physics, I understand. What about human biology? Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH : I am sorry; I have mixed up physics and science. Hon Barry House : You have not. I am just seeking some clarification. Human biology as well as physics all come under science. Hon LJILJANNA RAVLICH : The only person I am aware of is the fellow who was writing the physics curriculum. I do not have information on any other related matter, specifically the science program.
