I refer to the Minister's answer to question on notice 93, asked on 10 April 2025, and I ask: (a) of the 6,668 fines issued, how many were to persons under the age of 17; (b) are the fines in (a) registered for enforcement with the Fines Enforcement Registry (FER); (c) is the Minister aware that infringements can be registered with enforcement by the FER only if the person was 17 years of age or over at the time of the offence; and (d) in relation to (b) and (c), how are fines to persons under the age of 17 enforced?

(b)        3093 of the total 6,668 fines are lodged with the Fines Enforcement Registry (FER).
(c)        Infringements are registered with FER in accordance with the Fines Enforcement Penalties Act .
(d)       Fines are issued and enforced in line with the Young Offenders Act .
