IVANNA DHU — DEATH IN CUSTODY — CORONER'S INQUIRY
1039. Mr P. PAPALIA to the

I have a supplementary question. That is extraordinary. In
the 14 months since the Premier made his promise to Ms Dhu's mother to
reduce the incarceration of Aboriginal people, has he at any time asked anybody
how many Aboriginal people, as fine defaulters, are in the state's
police lockups?
