I refer to the adoption of the DV Notify program being trialled in New South Wales that informs domestic and family violence victim-survivors of a perpetrator's custody status, and recent calls from the Centre for Women's Safety and Wellbeing for Western Australia to adopt a similar program, and I ask: (a) has the Cook Labor Government commissioned any work or feasibility assessments of implementing a similar service that communicates the perpetrators custody status with victim survivors; (b) if yes to (a), will the Minister table the most recent piece of correspondence or advice received regarding the program; and (c) if no, why not?
