(a) has the Minister, any Ministerial staff or any Department officials had contact with Chevron regarding the company's interest in securing office accommodation with a major building as part of the Waterfront project; and
(b) if so, what was the substance and content of such approaches?

Redevelopment projects of this nature attract substantial interest. Any group or company can approach the State Government and register their interest in future development opportunities. A market release strategy for future development opportunities at Elizabeth Quay is currently being finalised by the Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority.
