HOUSING — MACRO REALTY DEVELOPMENTS — PILBARA
1065. Hon SUE ELLERY to the Minister for
Commerce:
I refer to the Department of
Commerce media statement of 24 May 2016 in relation to the suspension of Macro Realty
Developments Pty Ltd from carrying out its business, and to a report in The West Australian of 5 October 2016
that Ms Veronica Macpherson was running ticketed information sessions for Macro
Realty investors.
(1) Is the activity as reported
contrary to the suspension order from the State Administrative Tribunal?
(2) If yes to (1), what action has
the government taken to stop this activity by Ms Macpherson?
(3) If no to (1),
has the government sought any additional orders from the State Administrative
Tribunal, or through any other avenue, in relation to the information sessions
and/or any other business activity being undertaken by Ms Macpherson and Macro
Realty; and, if not, why not?
(4) If yes to (3), what additional
steps have been taken in relation to Macro's business activities?

I thank the honourable member for
the question. Unfortunately, I do not seem to have the answer. Was it submitted
today?
Hon Sue Ellery : Yes.
Hon MICHAEL MISCHIN : It may come to light, but I do not recall
having seen the question. I simply have no answer in my folder, but if it comes
to light, I will deal with it. If it does not come to light today, I will
deliver an answer tomorrow if possible.
