I refer to the spillage of the toxic herbicide Paraquat
through Maddington and Kewdale, which was reported on 29 January this year.
(1) How far did the herbicide
spread?
(2) What was the cost of the clean
up?
(3) Who was responsible for the
spillage?
(4) What penalties have been paid by
those responsible?
(5) What advice
was provided to residents in the affected streets and others who may have come
into contact with the pesticide?
