For each site, how many offers have been shortlisted; (f) when will the competitive procurement process conclude; (g) how many new social homes is this program currently estimated to deliver, based on the four sites under consideration; and (h) how many new affordable homes is this program currently estimated to deliver, based on the four sites under consideration?
