I refer to the statement made by the Minister for Housing on 2 February 2009 regarding bringing forward the building of 600 homes by the Department of Housing and Works and ask, as of 1 February 2010:
(a) how many of these homes have been constructed;
(b) how many of these homes are under construction; and
(c) how many homes have been constructed by the Department since September 2008?

The Department of Housing advises:
(a) 67 units of the 735 unit State Stimulus Package have completed (includes 8 units spot purchased) as at 26 March 2010.
(b) 363 units of the 735 unit State Stimulus Package are under construction as at 26 March 2010.
(c) The following figures are for the period 1 October 2008 to 26 March 2010 inclusive:
Social Housing
- 1188 units completed (includes 242 units spot purchased).  Social Housing includes Public Housing and Community Housing figures.
Display Homes for Sale
- 4 units completed.
Government Regional Officer Housing (GROH)
- 175 Units completed (includes 78 units spot purchased).
