In relation to funding from agencies and departments in the Minister’s purview, I ask:
(a) what projects or activities have been funded through Celebrate Western Australia;
(b) have any of these projects been contracted out; and
(i) if so, to whom; and
(c) what guidelines or requirements are in place concerning police clearances, bankruptcy conditions and other financial checks on grant recipients?

(d) Funded services to be in compliance with State financial and governance requirements. Celebrate WA obtains Police clearances when presenting all public events and submits independently audited financial statements and reports annually.
