756. Hon Dr BRAD PETTITT to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to climate protesters in Western
Australia.
(1) Is Disrupt Burrup Hub considered
an organised criminal entity or gang?
(2) If yes to (1), what was the
decision to consider it as such based on?
(3) Can the
minister please table any guidelines or documents that outline how an organised
criminal entity or gang is defined; and, if not, why not?

The Western Australia Police Force
advise that a response to this question cannot be provided within the required
time frame. An answer will be provided on Tuesday, 15 August 2023.

we are just back from the winter recess, members might need to think about
