Lot 7 (No. 157) and Lot 6 (No. 167) Beenyup Road, Banjup are zoned Rural-Water Protection under the Metropolitan Region Scheme (MRS) and Resource under the City of Cockburn Town Planning Scheme No. 3 (TPS). The Residential Design Codes are not applicable to the Lots as they only apply to land zoned for residential purposes under the TPS.
There are no current plans to change the zoning of the Lots under the MRS or TPS.
