I refer to Legislative Assembly Question on Notice 5055, and ask: (a) Does the Minister's response refer to the South West Regional Palliative Care Service for the entire South West Region, or South West Regional Palliative Care Service - Coastal (Busselton, Margaret River, Augusta); and (b) Can the Minister please provide a breakdown of figures for South West Regional Palliative Care Service - Coastal (Busselton, Margaret River, Augusta)?

(a) The response refers to the South West Regional Palliative Care Service for the entire South West Region.
(b)(i) Number of patient deaths - South West Coastal Palliative Care Service (total) for the period 14 June 2017 to 22 November 2018 is 131.
(ii) Number of patient deaths - South West Coastal Palliative Care Service - at home for the period 14 June 2017 to 22 November 2018 is 36.
(iii) Number of patient deaths - South West Coastal Palliative Care Service - Busselton Health Campus Hospice Unit for the period 01 July 2017 to 31 December 2018 are 70.
Note that common data systems are not in place to record information on patient deaths across the inpatient and home settings, and historically data has been manually collected. Aggregate figures have been provided on the basis that data collection timeframes do not align with the time periods requested in the QON 5055.
Additionally; (ii) + (iii) does not equal (i) due to:
