I have a supplementary question. Given the Premier’s continued refusal to provide the information, will he at least admit that his commitment to open and accountable government is more selective than genuine? Why can he not make a phone call to the Minister for Energy’s office? Dr G.I. GALLOP

I have made it absolutely clear that a full account will be given on this issue. Mr C.J. Barnett: You have failed to account to the Parliament on an issue of importance to the community for three days - one, two, three. The SPEAKER: Leader of the Opposition! Dr G.I. GALLOP: The Leader of the Opposition is in his usual form today on these matters. He knows that all this information will come forward, as I promised. It will be delivered.
