Will the Premier guarantee that the Minister for Fair Trading will table the statutory declaration initiated by his office from Mr Turton, as the minister promised yesterday? Mr COURT

I have no idea about any statutory declaration. However, I sat in this House yesterday and the minister said the statutory declaration is probably in the hands of the Gunning inquiry. He said he had no difficulty in its being tabled. I cannot say what the Gunning inquiry will allow or disallow. Mr Ripper: So you do not think he has a responsibility to table that? Mr COURT: I suggest the Deputy Leader of the Opposition ask the minister.
