CENTRES
1347. Hon DONNA FARAGHER to the Minister for Education and
Training:
I refer to the trial of alternative
learning centres for the most violent students.
(1) For each of the alternative
learning centres —
(a) how many students have
participated in programs since the commencement of the trial; and
(b) how many students are currently
participating in programs?
(2) Who is undertaking the
evaluation of the trial?

I note that the honourable member
submitted the same question on 23 October 2019, but the response I am about to
give is correct as at 20 November 2019.

why I resubmitted it.
Hon SUE ELLERY : Yes.
(1) (a) The
numbers of students who have participated in the program are 14 in the north
metropolitan education region, 14 in the
south metropolitan education region and 10 in the south west education region.
(b) The numbers
of students who are currently participating in the program are nine in the north
metropolitan education region, five in the south metropolitan education region
and three in the south west education region.
(2) It is KPMG Australia.
