Minister for Transport:
Since the event on 3 October this year on the Joondalup line —
(1) Have there been any incidents involving the pantograph on
a train?
(2) Have there been any incidents involving the overhead
wiring on the Perth rail network?
(3) If yes to (1) or (2) —
(a) what was the nature of the
incident; and
(b) what was the date and location of
the incident?
(4) Was the incident considered a notifiable occurrence under
the Rail Safety Act?

services were disrupted.

October 2012 on the Mandurah line.
