(1) Is the western extension of Roe Highway through the North Lake / Bibra Lake bush Forever site expected to carry significant volumes of freight, including live sheep and beef trucks, to Fremantle port when completed?
(2) What new or upgraded east-west road links through the southern Perth metropolitan area will be needed if any, to allow access by freight hauliers to the proposed James Point Port, should it proceed?
(3) Would construction of the James Point Port reduce the volume of truck traffic needing to use the North Lake / Bibra Lake section of the Roe Highway extension?
