The Western Australia Police has a 10 year rolling Capital Works Building Program. The program is based on policing demands and priorities and is subject to continuous review.
The currently funded proposed new or replacement police stations, their location and anticipated completion dates are as follows:

Blackstone Multi-functional Police Facility -
Warburton Road, Blackstone.
Anticipated completion date 2009.
·
Burringurrah Multi-functional Police Facility
- Mt Augusta Road, Burringurrah.

·
Carnarvon Police Station -
the location and completion date are subject to the outcome of a revised business case to be submitted to Government in early 2009.
·
Derby Police Station
- Loch Street, Derby.
This project is currently listed on the State Budget Papers as a replacement police station. Due to the overheated construction market both the previous and current Government have approved a medium term upgrade in lieu of replacement.
