minister representing the Minister for Planning:
I refer to development application
DA14/243 in relation to the proposed construction of a hardware store at 601 Wanneroo
Road, Hamersley.
(1) What is the site currently zoned?
(2) Has the site zoning been changed?
(3) If so, when; and on what basis?
(4) If the
site is still zoned as commonwealth land operated by the commonwealth
Department of Communications, Broadcast Australia Pty Ltd, what requirements,
if any, under state planning laws must the proponent comply with?

(1) The site
is zoned urban under the metropolitan region scheme and local reserve public
purpose commonwealth reserve under the City of Stirling local planning scheme.
(2) No.
(3) Not applicable.
(4) The provisions of the town planning scheme would apply to
the land.
