The 20 most highly remunerated
positions in the Western Australian public sector, based on equivalent annual
salary as reported by agencies to the Public Sector Commission as at the end of
March 2021, are listed below. The first five positions have individual
salaries; the remaining 15 positions have the same salary.
The positions are: the director
general of the Department of Health; the Solicitor-General at the Department of
Justice; the chief executive of the North Metropolitan Health Service; the
Director of Public Prosecutions at the Office of the Director of Public
Prosecutions; the chief executive of the Child and Adolescent Health Service;
and various medical professionals within WA Health.
