Can the Minister advise how many applications for Miscellaneous Licences had been lodged with the department and were still awaiting approval by the end of the following financial years: (a) 2007/08; (b) 2008/09; (c) 2009/10; (d) 2010/11; (e) 2011/12; (f) 2012/13; (g) 2013/14; (h) 2014/15; (i) 2015/16; (j) 2016/17; and (k) this financial year at the end of May 2018?

(d) – (k) Figures from Quarter 1, 2010 were amalgamated for reporting purposes with General Purpose Leases and Retention Leases. Undertaking work to disaggregate this information would divert staff away from their normal duties and I am not willing to allocate the State’s resources in this manner to provide a response.
