I refer to the RAC 'Risky Roads Survey 2024/25', and the results in relation to the top 10 risky intersections in Metropolitan Perth, and I ask: (a) for the Karrinyup Road and Muir Street intersection: (i) how many serious crashes occurred at or near the intersection in 2024; (ii) how many fatal crashes occurred at or near the intersection in 2024; and (iii) what steps have been taken or are being planned to remediate risk at the intersection?
