ROYALTIES FOR REGIONS — FUNDING FORMULA
How does the minister explain the evidence given by his executive officer to the Information Commissioner that the minister’s chief of staff told her that no-one in the minister’s office was involved in developing the formula? That is in direct contradiction to what the minister has told this Parliament. Mr B.J. GRYLLS

AnswerView source ↗

I worked very closely with Jennifer Mathews, the Director General of the Department of Local Government and Regional Development, and her staff to put this formula together. They were the people with experience in this matter. Any FOI application that comes to my office is treated as it should be—according to the legislation—and the information is provided.
