SCHOOLS — CHILDREN WITH HARMFUL SEXUAL BEHAVIOURS
28. Hon
NICK GOIRAN to the Leader of the House representing the Minister for
Education:
I refer to the answer to my
question without notice 931, which revealed that as at 18 October 2022, an
alleged or convicted offender was attending the same public school as their
victim and had done so for eight terms.
(1) As at the
start of term 1, is this offender still at the same school as their victim?
(2) In how
many of the eight school terms has the family or carer of the victim been
directly consulted in the ''individualised, therapeutic and multiagency
response'' expected under the current policy?
