PUBLIC HOSPITALS - PATIENTS DIAGNOSED WITH ILLICIT DRUG-INDUCED PSYCHOSIS
I refer to the answer to question on notice 4161 regarding patients admitted to mental health inpatient facilities, which stated in part that the data for the period 2005-06 would be completed by early November. (1) Will the minister now provide the completed data on how many patients diagnosed with illicit stimulant-induced psychosis have been admitted to Graylands Hospital and other adult inpatient facilities across Western Australia between 1 July 2005 and 30 June 2006? (2) Of those referred to in (1), how many admissions were due in part or whole as a result of cannabis, amphetamines - including methamphetamine - heroin, cocaine and other substances? Hon SUE ELLERY
