61 days - property required major maintenance including roof restoration, new and
replacement components for the kitchen and bathroom, security doors, new fencing, internal painting, removal of shed and removal of all asbestos perimeter fencing and replacement fencing.
Property was required due to its size for the provision of crisis accommodation and was purchased below valuation.
