I am informed that there has been a series of briefing notes provided to the relevant Minister's over the period of the Roebourne Enhancement Scheme, rather than a specific report. The RES was established by the former Labor State Government in 2001 with the aim of improving community infrastructure and the coordination of services to Roebourne residents. The State Government allocated a total of $3.5 million to the project which was managed through the Pilbara Development Commission in partnership with the Shire of Roebourne and the Roebourne Community.
