248. Hon GIZ WATSON to the minister representing the
Minister for Environment:
I refer to the answer given to my question on notice 5130 on
1 May 2012 regarding the appointment of six new members to the Conservation
Commission of Western Australia.
(1) Does the
new member Wade DeCampo have any personal interest in a production contract as
defined in the Forest Products Act 2000 or in a company or business that is a
party to a production contract?
(2) If yes to
(1), will the minister please provide full details?

(1) The
Minister for Environment has been advised that Mr DeCampo does not have any
personal or business interests in a production contract as defined in the
Forest Products Act 2000.
(2) Not
applicable.
