1380. Hon Dr BRAD PETTITT to the minister representing the
Minister for Police:
I refer to the
death in custody that occurred at Perth Watch House last Thursday, 31 October,
and to the answer I received yesterday to question without notice 1347.

Can the minister please provide the number of deaths in police custody that
have occurred at Perth Watch House this calendar year that were not captured in
the answer to question without notice 1347?
(2) Can the minister please provide the number
of deaths in police custody that have occurred at other facilities that
were not captured in the answer to question without notice 1359?
