I refer to the contract value of the state government’s agreement with Crowdicity to build and operate iThink, and I ask: (a) What is the total value of the contract; (b) Which state budget division or government agency is the funding stream from; (c) How much of the contract value has been paid out to date; (d) Are there any KPIs or deliverables required to be met by Crowdicity before the state government pays out parts or all of the contract value; (e) If yes to (d) please table them; (f) Has the state government allocated any money to the promotion of iThink outside the contract value itself; and (g) If yes to (f), what is the value of that amount?

(a)        Total approved expenditure over three years (2019 to 2022) is $566,770 (GST inclusive) if all extension options are exercised.
(b)        Division 4 - Public Sector Commission.
(c)        $192,500 (GST inclusive), which covers the first year of the contract.
(d)       Yes.
(e)        Before the first payment, Crowdicity was required to provide the Public Sector Commission with acceptance testing within three business days of the contract being awarded. Acceptance criteria were based on whether the solution met the functional requirements detailed in the core specifications of the contract which it did. Two, one-year extension options are exercisable at the discretion of the Public Sector Commission.
