As at 27 August 2025 at each hospital and health service provider, is there any medical equipment that is operating beyond its expected life, and if so: (a) What is the equipment and where is it located; (b) What is the end of life date for the equipment; (c) What is the actual cost or estimated cost to replace the equipment; (d) Have any issues with the equipment’s operation been reported for the equipment after its end of life date; and (e) Have any faults been reported for the equipment after its end of life date?
