I refer to Alfred John Impicciatore’s failure to appear at his trial on 22 May 2017 and ask: (a) did your departments or agencies make you aware of Alfred John Impicciatore’s failure to appear and if yes, on what date and by which agency; (b) since 17 March 2017 has Alfred John Impicciatore breached any of his reporting conditions; and (c) was Alfred John Impicciatore wearing a GPS tracking device?

This matter is a police matter and therefore does not fall within the Ministers'  responsibilities as Minister for Corrective Servcies.
