(1) The Department of Education and Training will not fund the Graduate College of Dance beyond 2011, when the last students enrolled at the school and in the Dance program have left.
(2) Students partaking in this integrated program undertake both academic classes and ballet classes using the school facilities.
(3)  As of 2007, Perth Modern School became an academic selective school with strict academic entry requirements.
