(2) Following this consultation, in October 2002 Cabinet made an in-principle decision to establish a statutory authority with commercial powers to undertake the land titling, valuation and land information functions currently provided by the Department of Land Administration (DOLA). This is currently the subject of further consultation with DOLA staff, the Union and stakeholders. (3) Yes.
