Will the Premier restate his guarantee to the taxpayers of the State that the southern rail transport project will be delivered within the original budget estimates? Several opposition members interjected. Dr GALLOP

The work that has been done on the central and freeway routes has made it clear to the Government that there are extra components to that project that will add to its value.
