(i) EPRA has dedicated funding to its Cadet Planner initiative, which provides two positions to tertiary students who participate in on-the-job training and experience. However, as this is not directly linked to a course of study it does not meet the criteria to be called a traineeship.
EPRA does not allocate funding to apprenticeships because as a redevelopment authority, the nature of EPRA's work does not create a need for the trade skills which are relevant to apprenticeships.
