I refer to question No. 315, regarding the salary of Mr Brian Pontifex, and I ask -
(1) Has the Minister for Regional Development’s Chief of Staff received a new contract, which includes a salary increase?
(2) If yes to (1), what is the new salary?
(3) If no to (1), is a new contract under negotiation?
(4) Are any other Ministerial staff now engaged on contracts other than their original contracts, where the new salary and conditions are superior to those under which they were originally engaged?
(5) If yes to (4), -
(a) which staff; and
(b) what is their new salary?
(6) Are any other senior Ministerial positions now being filled by new persons engaged on salary or conditions superior to those provided to the original incumbent?
(7) If yes to (6), please provide details?
