I refer the Minister to statements concerning water made by the Premier to the Parliament on April 9, and I quote, ‘The previous Government put all its eggs into the dam basket. The previous Government said to the people of Western Australia that it was drought proofing this State by providing a larger dam capacity.’ -
(1) Minister, did the Premier base his misleading statements on briefings provided by you and your agency?
(2) If not, what steps will you take to ensure that the Premier is informed about the massive groundwater investment undertaken by the Water Corporation during the Liberal era?
