(a) The Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Act 20 25 has more than 50 provisions which provide for further detail to be prescribed in regulations.
(b) The Department of Health is on track with the development of all regulations required to give full effect to the Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Act 20 25.
