(1) The expansion of existing services funded by the $9 million allocation are as follows:
- Initial offer of a home visit to all new mothers
- Community Mothers Program
- Aboriginal specific programs - "Women's Business" and "Solid Families"
- Parenting Information Centres including Mobile Unit for the Gascoyne region
