DHARMIC PTY LTD — INVOICE YIH 0625
I refer to questions 671 and 700 regarding Dharmic Pty Ltd. (1) Is the minister aware that the police department has approached the Department of Agriculture and Food regarding conducting an investigation into the false document allegations surrounding Dharmic Pty Ltd invoice YIH 0625; and, if so, on what date did he become aware? (2) Is the minister aware that the Department of Agriculture and Food chose not to cooperate with a police request to have the matter referred to the major fraud squad to allow a thorough investigation of this longstanding allegation? (3) Does the minister agree with the department’s decision in relation to this matter? Hon ROBYN McSWEENEY
