1321. Hon KEN BASTON to the minister representing the
Minister for Planning:
I refer to the proposed My Home
development in Devon Street, Woodbridge.
(1) Has the government undertaken any special
arrangements with the My Home proponents that allow a piece of land
previously deemed unsuitable for development to be utilised for this project?
(2) Why has this piece of public open space zoned Swan
River Trust, parks and recreation been given planning approval and
selected as the site for this proposal?
(3) How have the Western
Australia's Housing First approach principles been considered and
applied and how are they evident in this proposal?
