(1) How many Behaviour Centres are there in Western Australia and for each:
(a) what is the name of the Centre;
(b) is the Centre located within a Secondary or Primary School and if so, what school; and
(c) for those Centres not located on the site of an existing Primary or Secondary school, what is its location?
(2) For each Behaviour Centre listed in (1):
(a) when was the Behaviour Centre established;
(b) does the administration structure include a Principal and if so, what is the level of the Principal;
(c) how many FTE teachers and headcount of teachers are employed;
(d) how many FTE teacher assistants and headcount of teacher assistants are employed;
(e) how many other staff (FTE and headcount) are employed and what is the job title for each of these extra staff;
(f) how many students are enrolled in the Behaviour Centre;
(g) what is the total annual operating budget for the Behaviour Centre; and
(h) does the figure given in (g) include the cost of employing all staff, and if not, what is the total cost of employing all staff at the Centre?
(3) What staffing criteria or formula is used for Behaviour Centres to determine:
(a) the number of teachers employed;
(b) the number of teacher assistants employed; and
(c) the number of other staff employed?
(4) Who has line management responsibility for Behaviour Centres?
