On behalf of the Minister for Ports,
I thank the honourable member for some notice of the question.
(1)–(2) The
minister understood that she had met her legal obligations when she tabled the
redacted copy of the contract. However, the minister is now seeking further
advice about whether she has an obligation to notify the Auditor General of the
redaction.
