Issues relating to workplace bullying within the Office for Women's Policy are dealt with under the Department for Community Development's Grievance Resolution Policy. (1-2) Currently this policy does not require that complaints are officially recorded. However the Department for Community Development is implementing a new Workplace Issue and Grievance Resolution Policy which will require all formal grievances (including harassment and bullying) to be recorded on a formal Grievance File. This file will be held in a secure location in Human Resources. (3)(a) 2003/04 - nil (b) 2004/05 to date - 1 Ministerial Office Please refer to question on notice 2415.
