(1)-(3) On 20 June 2005, the Department of Consumer and Employer Protection advised that, with cabinet endorsement, the Premier had approved reasonable paid time off work for public sector employees to attend the rally on 30 June 2005. Reasonable paid time off work is subject to agency operational needs and maintenance of services to the public.
