(1) What was the date of sale?
(2) What was the sale price?
(3) How much has been returned to Duncraig Primary School thus far?
(4) Will all of the sale proceeds be passed on to the school?
(5) If so, when?
(6) If not, why not?

(1) 4 April 2000.
(2) $160,000 less $32,500 costs (sewerage, surveying, rezoning).
(3)-(6) An amount of $149,000 was spent in relocating the SPER Centre ($80,000) and upgrading the administration and parking facilities ($69,000) at the school. This expenditure was well in excess of the net value of the land sale.
