representing the Attorney General :
I refer to the Corruption and Crime Commission report into
the police investigation into the Floreat shootings in 2024.
(1) Has the CCC report been completed?
(2) If no to (1), when will it be completed?
(3) If yes to (1), will the report be made public
and if not, why not?

honourable member for some notice of the question and provide the following
answer on behalf of the Attorney General.
(1)–(3) The commission is unable to
comment on ongoing operational matters that are subject to investigation or
review. Any decision on whether to publicly report on such a matter will rest
with the commissioner at the conclusion of the review.
