(2) The study looked at the relationships between the proposed enhancement of Cathedral Square and the Old Treasury Buildings. (3) The Study was funded by the Western Australian Planning Commission. (4) It was received by the Central Perth Planning Committee in April 2002. (5) & (6) There is a need to integrate other elements into the study but I anticipate the release of the report in the near future.
